Phase 1 — architecture
- E3 axis: GNSS denied, adversary electronic warfare, counter-UAS threats
- 12 activities, 12 object flows, 28 control flows, 29 information items, two new drone roles, first software items
- Graceful degradation: mid-mission switch to a degraded C2 mode when the link drops
- Operational digital twin: fire-effect simulation as a formal step of the mission thread
- Uncertainty propagation: a confidence indicator carried along the whole decision chain
Phase 2 — optimal engagement strategy
- ISR-to-fire loop modelled as a priced timed Markov decision process in Uppaal Stratego
- Trade-off: keep collecting intelligence to raise hit probability, or fire now
- Constraints: drone attrition, adversary jamming, 60-minute horizon, six shells, a budget
- Five parallel automata; the operator is the only controllable one (SKIP / FIRE / ABORT every 2 min) — the human in the loop, formalized
