The problem

• The CSRD requires 50,000+ European companies to publish a decarbonization trajectory
• Mid-market companies do not know which levers to activate, in what order, for what CO₂ impact
• Useful data is buried in public reports (URD, CSRD, DPEF); nothing simulates combined levers without double counting

What we built

1. Automated collection of internal data: accounting, energy and cloud bills, travel invoices found in email.
2. AI analysis of public disclosures of comparable companies: levers applied, observed CAPEX/OPEX, measured CO₂ impact.
3. Ordered lever selection — reduce, shift, improve — with interconnections and no double counting.
4. A generated roadmap: tCO₂e avoided per lever, €/tCO₂e, CAPEX/OPEX, trajectory vs. baseline and targets.
